These Terms & Conditions govern your use of ArenaMatch. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully.
By creating an account or using ArenaMatch, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into binding contracts. You are responsible for ensuring that wagering on games is legal in your jurisdiction.
You must provide accurate information, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for all activity under your account. Impersonation or false gaming IDs is prohibited.
When you create or accept a match, the stake is held in escrow until the match is settled. A platform commission of 5% is charged on resolved money matches. Draws result in a refund to both players, less the commission.
Once a match is accepted, both players must tap "Start Match" to confirm they are ready to play. The second player has 120 seconds to start after the first player does; if they do not, the match is automatically cancelled and both stakes are refunded in full. By tapping "Start Match" you agree to the match rules.
Deposits and withdrawals are processed through Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment details and understand that withdrawals may be subject to review and processing time.
Disputed matches are resolved through our VAR appeal process. Submitting false evidence or scores may result in account suspension and forfeiture of stakes.
Cheating, collusion, fraud, harassment, and any attempt to manipulate matches or funds is strictly prohibited and may lead to immediate termination and legal action.
ArenaMatch is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, to the extent permitted by law.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms or to protect the integrity of the platform.
These Terms are governed by applicable law without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of the applicable jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of ArenaMatch after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
When you share your match result link and another user registers for ArenaMatch through your link, you may receive a cashback reward credited to your wallet. Each referring user is eligible to receive a cashback reward only one time in total, regardless of how many users visit ArenaMatch through their link. ArenaMatch reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the referral cashback program at any time. Abuse of the referral program (including self-referral or creating fraudulent accounts) will result in forfeiture of rewards and may lead to account suspension.
